• Contact information you provide, including your name, email address, and the mobile phone number you enroll in the BlockOps Assistant SMS program.
• Message content you send to or receive from BlockOps Assistant, and the operational data needed to fulfill your requests (such as reminders and tasks).
• Usage information such as basic logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use your information solely to provide and operate the service — delivering the assistant's reminders, notifications, confirmations, and the replies you request; responding to support requests; and maintaining the security and reliability of the service. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

SMS / text messaging and consent

If you enroll in the BlockOps Assistant SMS program, we collect your mobile number and your consent to receive messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors strictly to support the service (for example, a messaging delivery provider) is permitted only as needed to operate the program. Text‑messaging originator opt‑in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only: (a) with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations; or (b) when required by law or to protect rights and safety. In all cases, SMS opt‑in and consent data are excluded from sharing as stated above.
