How the BlockOps Assistant text‑messaging program works — who it's for, how you give consent, what we send, and how to opt out at any time.
How to opt in (give consent)
The BlockOps Assistant SMS program sends messages only to enrolled BlockOps account owners. You consent to receive messages by either method below:
- Text START to +1 (315) 517‑8990 from the mobile number you want to enroll; or
- Enroll your mobile number in the BlockOps Assistant application during setup and check the box affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS messages from BlockOps Assistant.
By opting in you agree to receive recurring operational and personal‑assistant text messages at the enrolled number. Only the enrolled account owner receives messages; no third parties are messaged. Your opt‑in is recorded with a timestamp.
What we send
Operational and personal‑assistant notifications: reminders, calendar and task alerts, confirmations, and two‑way replies you request. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity — typically a few messages per day or fewer.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BlockOps does not charge for the messages themselves.
Help & opting out
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@bloxops.com. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To opt back in, text START again.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt‑in data. Mobile information and text‑messaging opt‑in/consent data will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms & Conditions for full details.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
