1. Acceptance
By using the website, services, or messaging program of BlockOps Mining Solutions LLC (“BlockOps,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
BlockOps provides crypto mining solutions and advisory, custom AI and automation, and software development, including the BlockOps Assistant / LifeOps assistant. Specific engagement terms may be set out in a separate written agreement.
3. SMS messaging terms
Program: BlockOps Assistant, operated by BlockOps Mining Solutions LLC.
Description: low‑volume operational and personal‑assistant SMS/MMS notifications — reminders, alerts, confirmations, and two‑way replies — sent only to enrolled account owners.
Opt‑in: text START to +1 (315) 517‑8990, or enroll your mobile number in the BlockOps Assistant application and consent to receive messages. See our SMS Program page.
Message frequency varies based on your activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Help: reply HELP for help or email support@bloxops.com. Opt‑out: reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or others' data.
5. Intellectual property
The website, software, and content are owned by BlockOps or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. BlockOps does not guarantee specific mining returns or outcomes; cryptocurrency activities involve risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BlockOps Mining Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
